Personal training is based all around you, your fitness level, your goals, likes and dislikes. It is important that you want to do the training and that it forms part of your lifestyle. This will only happen if it is well suited to you.
One to One Personal Training (home, gym or outdoors)
This exclusive package enables me to give you my undivided attention. I conduct personal training sessions at the Trainstation (Tennis Centre). These sessions are structured in order to focus on your goals. If you are unsure what goals to target then we can work on these together. Whatever you are looking to achieve, whether that be training specific for your chosen sport or to lose weight, I look at what is needed and structure your fitness programme accordingly.
I recognise that the gym is not for everyone so if you prefer, we can skip the gym and get fit outdoors making the most of this fantastic Island we live in. To monitor your progress, we can conduct various fitness assessments along the way. I will provide guidance on how to keep fit when you are on holiday or off the Island, particularly for those away on business.
I consider the most important part of personal training is to tailor it to your fitness level and your goals. I don't do generic programmes. I hear so many stories of personal training not being specific to the client. Most people are busy and for that reason, I consider it is very important that you get the most out of your personal training.
I make myself available for personal training from 6 am in the morning until 9 pm at night to give you the flexibility you need.
I love to see my clients succeed. I want to ensure that you have the quality of training that you deserve to ensure that the time and effort you put in is well rewarded.
Month on Month Package
This is a great package for those on a budget or are motivated to train on their own most of the time but are seeking expert guidance. You do a session with me once every 4 weeks. I prepare an exercise schedule for you for the remaining three weeks until we meet again. This package has many of the advantages of personal training as progress is monitored and new goals can be set.
Whatever your goal, this package could be for you. If your goal is to lose weight, get fitter or to run a 1/2 marathon then this package could be for you.

Small Group Training (Personal Training with a difference)
If you feel more confident following a personal training plan with friends or team mates then this is the package for you. This will be particularly useful to groups that have decided to take up a challenge together, whether that is to compete in an event or to get fit. The added advantage of this package is that the cost per person is reduced from the one to one personal training package. Small group training is conducted outdoors so you get fresh air at the same time. Great for those that work indoors all day.
Personal Training from Home
If you prefer to receive personal training in your own home, perhaps because you are self conscious or if you are too busy to be back and forth to a gym, then this is the package for you. You may be surprised at what training can be done away from a gymnasium.
Nutrition Advice
Nutrition advice can be incorporated into the one to one personal training packages or provided as a totally separate service. See separate link explaining my nutrition advice services.
