Boot Camps

Boot Camps offer a refreshing alternative to gym workouts and what better place to workout than Guernsey. 

Boot camp is up and running on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings.  Check my blog for meeting points as these vary each week.  New participants will need to complete a registration form. 

There is also a separate boot camp running on Wednesday and Friday mornings.  Please contact me if you would like to get involved. The next block of sessions for these commenceson 16 June.

All boot camps are currently held outdoors.

There is a fitness revolution going on.  People are bored with training in the gym and are looking for alternatives.  I offer that alternative, come along to my fitness boot camp where you will experience the following:

Guernsey is a fantastic place for outdoor exercise.  At the same time as getting fit you can appreciate the fantastic landscape we have on the Island.  There are limited spaces available so book early to avoid disappointment.

Details are:

Tuesday sessions start at 7.15 pm and finish at 8.15 pm. 

Saturday sessions start at 10.00 am and finish at 11.00 am

Advanced payment of £48 for 4 weeks (two sessions per week) works out at £6 per session or £8 per session paid on the day.


Wednesdays are usually at 9 am and Fridays at 9.15 am - please contact me regarding cost and terms for these sessions.
