I provide a variety of fitness options, including:

Boot camps
A fun way to get fit.  Why not enjoy the fantastic landscape we have in Guernsey at the same time as improving your fitness?  You can work to your level.  This type of fitness provides great variety within a motivational group environment.  

Personal training
One to one personal training.  We work to your levels.  These sessions can be conducted at home, at my private fitness stuio or using Guernsey's great outdoors. 

Small Group Personal Training
Make your training more fun by pairing up with a friend - this method also helps to reduce the costs of the training session.  This option is great for friends working towards a similar goal or at similar fitness levels.

His 'n' Hers Personal Training
Do you and your partner want to get fit together?  If so, then this is the package for you. 

Brides or Grooms to be
Are you looking to shed the pounds and get fit for your special day?  Either take on a joint or single personal training package.  This could be coupled with my nutrition advice package.

Team training
For groups of friends or sports teams, or perhaps as a corporate team building exercises.  Does your team need to get fitter so it can beat Jersey in the Inter-Insular or to win its league?  I work on functional sports conditioning by analysing the requirements of your chosen sport and setting your training accordingly.

Nutrition advice
I explain what you need to know about nutrition and take away the confusion over fad diets.  I guide you to achieving a healthy and well balanced diet which is manageable going forward.
